Road to Recovery

I've mentioned Anissa Mayhew before. She is a thirty-something blogger who suffered a massive stroke back in November. According to her husband's updates, Anissa is making good progress toward recovery, and will even being going home soon. Their next challenge, however, is the outpatient care that will cost them $100-per-day for forty days. In his most recent update, Peter Mayhew is asking his kind and generous blog readers to donate just $10 to help with Anissa's care.

Having been diagnosed with a chronic illness, I know first-hand how medical bills can accumulate quickly and make life extremely difficult. If you also know what that's like (or can at least imagine it), please consider helping out the Mayhew family. It's always a blessing to bless someone else.
