I agree with the others. Rest when you can. You must stay strong and as "healthy" as you can.

Hearing you compare the first trimester to lupus reaffirms my belief that maternity leave should be allowed in the first trimester too. My first trimester was awful! Far worse than it was with Isaiah. I actually ended up losing weight.

I agree with Ahavah - make sure you are getting rest and drinking plenty. Oh - and stop doing four hours worth of cleaning lol. Thats what Hubby is for - especially now. The end of the horrid first trimester is in sight. While the second trimester isnt sunshine and roses - you can at least function.

actually this is good news.. you have reached 12 weeks - you are tired for a reason!

Your body needs all the energy it can get - so if you are tired FOR GOODNESS sakes - rest.

Now is a good time to plan getting your husband to share some of the household tasks...
